Regulation of drug use

The EHF issued the following statement in October 2005: A century of bans has failed to eliminate trafficking, sale and consumption of drugs. Instead, drugs are more present and more easily accessible than ever. Bans have in fact rather aggravated social problems of health and safety than solved them.
