Collaborative Work
The EHF values working with other organisations, including those with a religious basis, where we share objectives and approaches.
Apart from collaboration with our own member organisations, we therefore work or have worked with numbers of other organisations and NGOs – for example, in specific projects or more generally in the context the European Parliament Platform for Secularism in Politics and in the Alliance for a Secular Europe.
Among the organisations we have worked with in the past and in most cases are still working with are:-
- the Permanent Forum of Civil Society
- the EU initiative A Soul for Europe – Ethics and Spirituality
- the Observatoire International de la Laïcité
- the UNITED network
- the European Network for Peace and Human Rights
- the European Network on Religion & Belief
- the International Planned Parenthood Federation – European Network
- Catholics for Choice – Europe and the “SeeChange Campaign“
- the European network “Church on the Move”
- the International Lesbian and Gay Association – Europe
- the Association Européenne pour le Droit Mourir dans la Dignité
- the Association des Femmes de l’Europe Méridionale
- Rencontres Européennes de Luxembourg
- European Women’s Lobby
- G3I (Groupe interculturel, international et interconvictionnel)
- European Pro-Choice Network
We also sponsor ‘Thinking Freely about Europe‘, a ‘lunch club’ in Brussels for ‘Eurocrats’.
